Article 1 — Object
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales between Elyra SAS (hereinafter "Elyra" or "the Seller") and any consumer purchaser (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on elyra.fr. Any purchase implies full acceptance of these T&Cs. Elyra reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable T&Cs are those in force at the date of the order.
Article 2 — Products
Elyra sells at-home beauty care devices (LED, microcurrent, EMS) as well as complementary products. Products comply with applicable European regulations, including CE and RoHS directives for electronic devices.
Essential characteristics of each product are presented on the corresponding product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible but have no contractual value.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown inclusive of French VAT (20%). Elyra reserves the right to change prices at any time; the invoiced price is that displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping is free for orders to mainland France and Canada. For other destinations, applicable fees are shown at checkout.
Article 4 — Order
The Customer places an order following the purchasing process: product selection, add to cart, shipping information, payment method, confirmation. The order is confirmed by a summary email.
Elyra reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock shortage, manifest pricing error, or suspected fraud. The Customer is notified by email and fully refunded.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online and securely via Stripe (SSL/TLS). Accepted methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Pay-in-3 interest-free via Alma (subject to eligibility)
Payment is debited at order confirmation. Bank details are never stored by Elyra.
Article 6 — Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery to mainland France is handled by our logistics partners (Colissimo, DPD) within 5–8 business days.
A tracking email is sent at dispatch. Elyra is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or external circumstances.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a legal 14-day withdrawal period from receipt, with no justification required.
Elyra offers an extended 30-day guarantee from receipt. Return shipping is paid by the Customer, unless the product is defective or non-conforming. Contact retours@elyra.fr with your order number.
The product must be returned in its original packaging in perfect condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the return, via the original payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed products for hygiene reasons (serums, consumables).
Article 8 — Legal warranties
All Elyra products benefit from:
- The legal conformity guarantee (2 years from delivery)
- The warranty against hidden defects
In case of defect, contact sav@elyra.fr. Elyra covers return costs and arranges replacement or refund.
Article 9 — Liability
Elyra devices are at-home care devices, not medical devices. They do not replace medical advice. In case of a particular skin condition, consult a dermatologist before use. Elyra cannot be held responsible for use not in accordance with the instructions.
Article 10 — Intellectual Property
All content on elyra.fr (texts, images, videos, logos, design) is protected by copyright and belongs to Elyra or its partners. Any reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
Article 11 — Disputes
In case of a dispute, the Customer may contact Elyra at bonjour@elyra.fr for an amicable resolution. Alternatively, the Customer may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction.
